“I’ve had Carne Asada all over this country, but this may be the best I’ve ever tasted. It was perfectly cooked, extremely tender, not chewy, and just slightly charred on the outside. i don’t know what they season or marinate the steak in, but the flavor was outstanding. I am not just saying this; the Carne Asada at Reyes Adobe is the real deal. I pestered the owner to give up their secret, but to no avail. Reyes Adobe is worth trying out just for the Carne Asada. Seriously.”
