Robert Reyes and Genevieve Candelaria Reyes, operate Reyes Adobe, a Mexican Restaurant located at 710 Main Street, Park City Utah, directly below Marriott Summit Watch Hotel. Robert has been in the business since age 14, working his way up from dishwasher to restaurant owner.  His particular specialty is carne asada, a dish prepared by hand cutting and marinating outskirt steak and grilling to perfection.  Reyes Adobe makes delicious handmade corn tortillas that are used for all the soft tacos, enchiladas and side tortillas. The menu also features authentic exotic tacos, such as; Al Pastor, Cochinita Pibil and Steak Asado. The Al Pastor is marinated pork overnight in a secret recipe made with real pineapple. The Cochinita Pibil is pork marinated overnight then braised in Achiote (homemade seasoning paste made with ground annatto seeds, herbs and spices) real fruit juices and limes. The Steak Asado is marinated steak, flat grilled and then coarsely diced. These tacos are amazing, prepared fresh to order and served with a side of habanero onion, guacamole and salsa Casera.
