Alcoholic BeveragesTo be in code with the State of Utah we do not and cannot buy any alcoholic drink to any guest or employee as a gift or form of grattitude. Because we are a restaurant you must purchase at least an appetizer in order to be able to consume an alcoholic beverage in our facilities. We cannot refund any alcoholic drinks. We use fresh premium ingredients in our recipes, if you do not like a drink made by our bartenders we will remake it gladly once and you will be charged for the first drink at least. If in doubt, please order from our large selection of bottled beer.

Made with our house tequila gold, sweet and sour, and triple sec. Served blended or on the rocks. Garnished with salt at your request.

Choice of: strawberry, mango, peach, raspberry or passion fruit.

Top Shelf Margarita
Classic smooth blend of Jose Cuervo Especial Tequila. Sweet and sour, and triple sec, served blended  or on the rocks. Garnished with salt at your request.

Premium Margarita
Unique blend of any ultra tequila with premium orange liquor and fresh lime juice, served on the rocks. Garnished with salt at your request.

Herradura Blue Stempede
Herradura Tequila Blanco, fresh lime juice, a touch of agave nectar and Blue Curacao Liqueur to give a decidedly azure tint to this refreshing beverage. Served on the rocks.

Saladito
Start with Cazadores Reposado, fresh lime juice, grapefruit juice and a splash of soda water. Simply delicious. Served in a salt flecked rock’s glass.

Cazadores Classico
Cazadores Reposado, premium orange liquor and fresh lime juice, shaken vigorously and served in a salt flecked martini stem. Served straight up.

Margarita De Melon
El Jimado 100% Agave Reposado is accented with Bols Triple Sec, Midori Melon Liqueur and sweet and sour. Served on the rocks.

Trashcan Margarita
Jose Cuervo Especial, premium orange liquor, fresh lime juice and sweet and sour. Served on the rocks.
